Online Therapy

I believe that therapy should be more financially accessible, rather than a luxury. Imagine a world where we all had a safe place to express our fears and heartaches, to overcome burdens and gain coping skills. I am sure this would be a happier world to leave to our children.

As all my therapy is online, I offer a free  introductory 15 minute video call. This way you can meet me and figure out if you think I am a good fit before committing to therapy.

I am not contracted to medical aids but will provide an invoice that can be used to claim back from your health insurance provider. I charge below medical aid rates.
